At Nana Hardware, we stand behind the quality, performance, and reliability of our products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how customers can request warranty support.
Warranty Coverage
Eligible Nana Hardware products include a 3-Year Limited Warranty beginning on the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from our website or through an authorized Nana Hardware sales channel.

- Manufacturing defects.
- Defective materials or workmanship.
- Product failure during normal and intended use.
- Qualifying mechanical or electrical defects.
- Replacement parts where appropriate.
- Product repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Other warranty support approved by our customer support team after review.
The final remedy will depend on the product, availability of replacement parts, severity of the defect, and the results of our claim review.

This limited warranty does not cover damage, failure, or loss caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.

Warranty Claim Process
To start a warranty claim, contact our customer support team at support@nanahardware.com.
Please include your order number, product information, description of the issue, and supporting photographs or videos where possible.
Our support team may request additional information or troubleshooting steps to help verify the issue.
After reviewing the claim, Nana Hardware may offer one or more of the following remedies:
- Troubleshooting assistance.
- Replacement parts.
- Repair support.
- Product replacement.
- Refund or partial refund where appropriate.
- Another reasonable resolution based on the circumstances.
The remedy offered will be determined by Nana Hardware after reviewing the claim and confirming warranty eligibility.
Inspection and Verification
Nana Hardware reserves the right to inspect the product, review photographs or videos, request diagnostic information, or require the product to be returned before approving a warranty claim.
Submitting a warranty request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Products found to be damaged through misuse, unauthorized repair, improper maintenance, or another excluded cause may not qualify for warranty service.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
If a return is required for inspection, our customer support team will provide return instructions.
For approved eligible warranty claims, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided where appropriate.
Customers should not send a product back without first receiving authorization and return instructions from Nana Hardware.
Nana Hardware is not responsible for products returned without authorization or sent to an incorrect address.
Replacement Products and Parts
Replacement products or parts may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent to the original item.
A replacement may vary slightly in color, appearance, packaging, or design because of product updates or availability.
Where the original product is no longer available, Nana Hardware may offer a comparable replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Warranty Period After Replacement
A repaired or replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
A replacement does not automatically restart the full three-year warranty period.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless required by applicable law.
Nana Hardware reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty service based on the evidence provided, inspection results, product condition, purchase history, and the terms of this policy.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair, replacement, refund, replacement parts, or another approved remedy at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost income, property damage, or replacement equipment costs.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so some provisions may not apply to every customer.
Returns vs. Warranty Claims
Returns and exchanges requested within the eligible return period are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
Warranty claims apply to eligible defects in materials, workmanship, or product performance that occur during the warranty coverage period.
A warranty claim is separate from a standard return request and may require inspection or verification before approval.
Changes to This Warranty Policy
Nana Hardware may update this Warranty Policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, business practices, or legal requirements.
Any updated version will be posted on this page.
Changes will not reduce warranty rights already provided for an eligible product purchased before the revised policy takes effect, except where permitted by law.
