The Backyard Discovery 12×9.5 Arcadia Gazebo combines warm cedar construction with a clean contemporary roof design to create a permanent outdoor living structure for patios, decks and backyard entertaining areas.

Its frame is built from 100% cedar wood, including substantial 6-inch × 6-inch support posts designed to provide structural stability while maintaining the natural appearance of a timber gazebo.

Above the cedar frame is a heavy-duty 29-gauge black steel roof. The roof uses a modern approximately 5-degree slope, providing the Arcadia with a streamlined architectural profile while helping direct rainwater away rather than allowing water to collect on a flat surface.

Backyard Discovery uses corrosion-resistant galvanized steel roof components and powder-coated metal brackets and anchors throughout the structure. The cedar components arrive pre-cut, pre-drilled and pre-stained to reduce the amount of preparation required before assembly.

The Arcadia is part of Backyard Discovery’s PRO-TECT™ Tested & Proven gazebo range. When assembled and anchored according to the manufacturer’s instructions, Backyard Discovery rates the structure for wind speeds of up to 100 MPH and roof loads of up to approximately 5,800 pounds, equivalent to around 30 inches of snow under its test conditions.

An integrated PowerPort™ adds electrical convenience to the outdoor space. The PowerPort includes three standard 120V electrical outlets and three USB charging ports and can be mounted to a gazebo post.

The PowerPort does not independently generate electricity; an appropriate external power source must be connected according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

With an overall footprint of approximately 145.7 inches wide × 114.17 inches deep, the Arcadia provides room for patio seating, dining furniture or other outdoor-living arrangements while retaining an open-sided design.
